- Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), packaging details such as box style, material, size, quantity, printing and finishes, your message, and any artwork or logo file you upload.
- Contact messages: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the date you subscribed.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting server records basic request data such as IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting. To limit spam, our forms keep a short-lived, anonymised (hashed) record of how often a form is submitted; the IP address itself is not stored with your request.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request or message and prepare pricing, designs and proofs.
- To process and deliver orders you place with us.
- To send newsletter emails, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your artwork and files
Files you upload are stored in a private area of our server that cannot be opened from the web. Only our authorised staff can access them, and we use them only to prepare your packaging. You keep ownership of your artwork.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies are set only for logged-in site administrators. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers; see Google’s privacy policy. If you click a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
